To accurately diagnose his condition, comprehensive Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) were recently conducted at the National Institute of Neuroscience & Hospital (NINS). The diagnostic reports indicate significant nerve damage and muscle degeneration, leaving him unable to perform daily functions and threatening permanent immobility.

Asaduzzaman urgently requires specialized, long-term neurological treatments, advanced therapies, and potentially critical interventions. At this stage, the disease is aggressively compromising his mobility and respiratory health. To halt further irreversible muscle wasting and improve his quality of life, advanced therapeutic interventions and specialized supportive therapies are critically required.
